  officer who does not have an email address.

  President: Frank Simecek

  The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association and Rules
  Committee and perform all duties incident to this office and shall,
  subject to challenge by the floor, appoint all Special Committees. In
  case of a vote tie at meetings, he shall cast the deciding vote. The
  President shall, along with the Secretary/Treasurer, be empowered to
  co-sign all association checks. His annual membership fee and association
  fee shall be paid by the association

  Vice-President: Dan Delly

  The Vice-President shall act in the absence of the President. He is also
  head of the Social Committee for this association. If he so desires, he
  may attend the Rules Committee meetings. His annual membership fee and
  yearly association fee shall be paid by the association.

  Secretary/Treasurer: Chris Delly

  The Secretary/Treasurer shall conduct the official correspondence, send
  notice of meetings, preserve all books in connection with his office and
  duties, and maintain an accurate record of the proceedings of the
  Association and Rules Committee meetings. In absence of the President and
  Vice-President, he shall assume chairmanship of meetings held. Also, the
  Secretary/Treasurer shall receive and disburse funds of the Association
  and keep an accurate record of all receipts and disbursements. No
  disbursement shall be made unless they have been authorized and approved
  by the membership. His annual membership fee and yearly association fee
  shall be paid by the association

  HandiCapper: Hank Todys

  The Handicapper shall be responsible for figuring all handicaps and seeing
  they are posted in time for the matches and shall participate in all Rules
  Committee meetings and have a vote in same. He shall also be responsible
  for posting scores and awarding points won. The Rules Committee shall
  give him as much help on this as necessary. His annual membership fee and
  yearly association fee shall be paid by the Association
