Item #5, of Rule #23 TOURNAMENT PLAY reads:
All players in the group will attest the scores on the scorecard turned in by the group. Put your signature on the card.....it does not necessarily mean the "Attest Line".
Sign your name opposite your score line but, above all,
count the scores so that the score card is accurate.
The Sign up Sheet for the Final Outing Sunday 9-26 will be on the Bulletin Board:
The game will be "Low Net" with the final chance at the Year Long Skins Game.
You can write in your own foursome for the outing.
It will be a 11:00 a.m. starting time and Bunker has agreed to allow us to start on both nines.
Any one who cannot play in the 9-26 Final Outing can still join us for the dinner
and meeting ........ please add you name on the bottom of the sign-up sheet and
next to your name pencil in "Dinner & Meeting only".
2010 Tournament Results!
NO EARLY PLAY FOR TOURNAMENT
A request was made that the Rules Committee consider elimination of Realighment of
Divisions prior to this 2010 Tournament as is called for under Section 3 of the By-Laws.
"Rules Committee". The Rules Committee heard all of the arguments and ruled as follows:
Realignment, which determines which Class: A, B, C, or D, a player is placed for the club
championship finals, will be made and all players will be realigned according to their new handicap indexes as of 8-05-10 in preparation for the 2010 Tournament.
The Rules Committee did agree, however, to reopen
these discussions concerning realignment, prior to the start of the 2011 Season.
Our President, Frank Simecek is still recupurating from his surgery
We wish Frank a speedy recovery and look forward to to seeing him
at Bunker Hill as soon as he is able.
I know he would appreciate a card or maybe even a call.
